MindBody Stretching is a mindful stretching system based on postural alignment, body awareness and conscious breathing. A slow-paced practice that allows for a deep stretch of the connective tissue ( fascia, tendons, ligaments, joints… ) WITHOUT PAIN, contributing to long term flexibility, soothing the nervous system and calming the mind. Total relaxation physically and mentally to enhance our wellbeing.
