We offer different styles of yoga to suit all needs and levels of ability:

Hatha – Classic style of yoga where poses are held shortly.

Yin –  Deep stretch yoga where poses are held longer, up to minutes.

Chair – Those with reduced mobility can also enjoy the benefits of yoga.

Kids –  Kids learn to regulate their emotions and relax while playing yoga.
